1. Definitions

“Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual or organisation who uses our website or engages our services.
“Services” means the gardening, tree maintenance, and related services we offer, as described on our website or discussed in our communications with you.

2. Services

2.1. We provide tree care, garden maintenance, and related services as outlined on our website or discussed at the time of booking.

2.2. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2.3. While we aim to deliver services on the scheduled date, delays may occur due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate with you in such cases as soon as possible.

3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1. Quotes are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3.3. Additional charges may apply if:

  • The scope of work differs from the initial quote
  • Access is restricted
  • Unexpected risks or hazards arise during service delivery

4. Payment

4.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due immediately upon completion of the job.

4.2. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, and other methods as arranged in advance.

4.3. Late payments may attract late fees of 2% per month and may lead to the suspension of future service until resolved.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. You must provide safe and clear access to the property and areas where work is to be performed.

5.2. You must inform us in advance of any underground services (e.g. water pipes, gas lines, electrical cables), or other risks that may affect our work. We are not liable for damage to services that were not disclosed.

5.3. It is your responsibility to obtain any required council permits or approvals unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to handle this for you.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. We strive to deliver all work in a professional and competent manner in line with industry standards.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our services.

6.3. We carry relevant insurance, including public liability cover. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price may apply.

7.2. Refunds or rectifications for unsatisfactory work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content featured on our website—including but not limited to text, photos, graphics, branding, and logos—is the property of MyGreenZone and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our site without prior written permission.
